How to Order a Custom Disc Golf Disc

1. Choose your disc

Go to powergrip.fi/custom. The page shows every disc we can print on. Choose the model, colour and weight as you normally would.

Tip The flatter the top of the disc, the larger the image that will fit. On a completely flat disc the image can cover almost the whole top. If the top drops more than 3 mm from the centre to the rim, a full-top image may not be possible. A light-coloured disc reproduces the colours of a photo best.

2. Choose the printing method

There are two options. Pick the one that suits your image.

3. Upload your image

Add the image file on the product page. Accepted file formats: jpg, png, svg, pdf, ai, psd, tiff and eps.

An ordinary photo taken on a phone is almost always good enough. An image saved from social media or a screenshot is often too small.

4. Tell us what you want and place the order

Add the disc to your basket and place the order as normal. Write any requests in the order notes, for example:

Do you want the original stamp left on the disc? Otherwise we remove it. A removed stamp can leave a faint mark.
Cropping or placement of the image
Foil colour

You can add other products held in stock in Kuopio to the same order.

5. We print, you throw

We print the disc in Kuopio and send it to you within 2–10 days.

Good to know

In hot stamping, line weight is 1–18 points and text must be at least 12 points. Large solid areas do not adhere well, so break up a large area with a pattern.
Full-colour printing leaves a film on the surface of the disc. It stands up to wear well, but not as well as a hot stamp.
On a bottom print, the centre of the disc is left blank.
You are responsible for the content of the image and for the rights to use it. We may decline to print something, for example on the basis of practices agreed with disc manufacturers or on grounds of good taste.

For a club, a company or a tournament: over 50 discs

Larger runs are hot stamped in a single foil colour on blank, unstamped discs. The minimum quantity is 50 discs and the lead time is 2–4 weeks. The price covers everything: fitting the artwork, the printing plate, the print run and delivery.

The selection includes putters, midranges and both fairway and distance drivers, so a single run can cover more than one type of disc. The cheapest way to do a large run is with mini markers.
